Enjoy a festival of music at Cessnock Community Performing Arts Centre (CPAC) on Friday 24 September commencing at 7.30 pm.  Be inspired by the beautiful voice of Louise Crosdale, a rising star from our City and supported by the very talented pianist and musician Kate Marskell.  Another exciting performance for CPAC is Driving Miss Daisy to be held on Saturday 9 October at 8pm.  The relationship between Miss Daisy, a stubborn elderly Southern woman of privilege and Hoke, her loyal and patient chauffeur, makes this one of the best dramas of all time.  This is a play of wonderfully spirited characters, people who demonstrate sassiness, independence, tolerance, admiration and eventually, respect for one another.  Contact the CPAC on 4990 7134 to book either of these great shows or visit www.cessnock.nsw.gov.au/cpac for tickets.
