Exhibition Period:

The Application may be inspected as Council's Customer Services Section, 62-78 Vincent Street Cessnock during normal office hours or at the Wollombi General Store for a period of fifteen (15) days from Wednesday, 13 February to Wednesday, 27 February 2008 (inclusive).

Any person may, during the exhibition period, make a submission in writing to the Council in relation to the application. Where a submission is made by way of an objection, the grounds for objection must be clearly specified. Council will consider all submissions before a decision on the matter is made.
