Noyce Bros. plan to release their 2007 wines in early 2009. In the mean time they have some wonderful offers which make excellent Christmas buying and drinking; 1 red and 3 lovely whites - all under $10 per bottle. A great special is their medal-winning 2004 Shiraz, a real steal at only $9.90 (incl GST).

2004 Shiraz - Bronze medal winner at 2006 NSW Small Winemakers Show $9.90
This wine is drinking well now, is ageing nicely, and will benefit from further cellaring. Made from hand-picked grapes producing a spicy, gamey character. Matured in French Oak for 14 months.
2006 Chardonnay (lightly oaked) $9.90
Sally Harper, the sommelier at Bathers' Pavilion restaurant in Sydney chose this chardonnay for its "lovely palate structure and fresh vibrant style". This chardonnay is pale gold, delicious fruit driven style with well balanced palate. This wine has great length, wonderful complexity and great balance.
2006 Semillon $9.90
Similar to the 2005 Semillon and with outstanding fruit flavours with a crisp, mineral finish. Idea accompaniment to fresh seafood dishes, and will develop into a classic Hunter Semillon.
2006 Verdelho $8.80
This wine has fresh, clean, focused fruit, with pineapple and tropical fruit flavours that lend themselves perfectly to Asian cuisine, and has a lovely full finish.
Minimum order 12 bottles.
Noyce Bros. Wines have become extremely popular locally at Wollombi Tavern and Panino Restaurant Deli and Caffè and in 2009 will open tasting rooms in Wollombi.
