Wollombi markets October 2011 Long Weekend

All credits must go to all the volunteers that worked so hard the last few days to make this market still happen.
The weather played a major role leading up to today.
All those worried stallholders and would be visitors kept on ringing!
We have the technology to keep our visitors and stall holders up to date with websites and emails.
Our phone was so busy we ended up having calls still having to go to message bank.
The system of NO prior booking really worked under these conditions.
Stall holders were able to make last minute arrangements and no messy follow up work of refunding monies. There was still alot of phone calls asking for a refund from there last market.
This seems to be an ongoing issue.
