Weight and Strength Programme:
- For clients at risk of falls
- One hour once a week for 7 weeks
- Wednesday's 9.30 - 10.30am or 10.30 - 11.30am
- Held in the Physiotherapy Dept at Kurri Kurri Hospital

Continence Service:
- Home visits for all clients
- Our aim is to assist with bladder and bowel problems
- Referrals can be made through our Central Intake Office
