Mount View High School
Mount View High School is a large comprehensive high school which caters for a diverse range of students from the Cessnock Local Government Area.
We offer a broad curriculum supported by a strong welfare policy which sets guidelines for staff, students and parents to work together to ensure a cooperative environment.
Standards are maintained by adherence to specific behavioural and social objectives, along with an expectation of adherence to the school's uniform code.
Our overall aim is to ensure that students leaving our school are in a strong position to further develop into young adults who are able to take their place proudly in society with a strong belief in their own abilities and social competence.
Students who learn to manage our own diverse environment will be well prepared to succeed in the "real world" outside. I have great confidence in the graduates of Mount View High School.
