This is a community based emergency service staffed by local residents. The brigade is trained to respond to fires and motor vehicle accidents.
Volunteers are welcome in all capacities from firefighters to support crew.
Fire Permits are required for burning off in the Bush Fire Period - September 2012 to March 2013

Don't leave it to the last moment to call. The Permit issuers are volunteers and can take a few days to get issued
