Wollombi Public School is a one-teacher school located in an historic Hunter Valley village. The school has been providing education for the district since 1853 and has heritage sandstone buildings set in spacious grounds.
Wollombi Public School provides a small school family atmosphere where mutual tolerance by children of all ages is a key factor, enabling students to interact freely and to learn from each other.
Wollombi is a growing tourist and arts and crafts centre, as well as the focus for a surrounding population living on small farms and acreages.
